About Your Instructor

Jessica Campbell


My life has been one continuous study of healing. I hold a Masters of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certification through the Nutritional Therapy Association. I hold an undergrad at SDSU, a Yoga/Ayurveda certification from The Energy Center in New York, and a Functional Anatomy certification with Irene Dowd from Juilliard. My personal success came from a holistic healing path eating real food, unlike the Standard American Diet, and I am passionate about helping you heal gracefully while falling in love with your food, your body, and your life.
